Salesforce Solution Architect will be joining our Business Application Transformation team that supports the transition to the Salesforce platform. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for enabling conversion of functional requirements into technical requirements that allow the development team to build capabilities within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems. They have extensive experience with the Salesforce platform along with of understanding both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.
This position will be filled to work at remotely within the U.S. The projected salary range for this position is $90100-$141900 and will be set by the hiring manager and based on several factors including geographical location.
What you'll be responsible for:
Provide end-to-end solution architecture within Salesforce Service, Sales and Experience Clouds to fulfill business requirements.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owner to define appropriate functional requirements tailored to Salesforce.
Create appropriate design documentation to communicate solutions including HLD, user stories, process flows and wireframes.
Lead design review sessions with development and product team members.
Conduct appropriate buy-vs-build analysis to compare third party packages to internal development effort for solution delivery.
Ensure solution designs adhere to company, Salesforce and industry best practices and guidelines.
Act as an advocate for business stakeholders through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure solution design meets expectation.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce platform development, architecture, or consulting.
Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions using Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
A minimum of three active Salesforce certifications, with at least one aligned to an architecture-focused role such as:
Application Architect
B2B Solution Architect
B2C Solution Architect
Service Cloud Consultant
Experience Cloud Consultant
Sales Cloud Consultant
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, with a strong grasp of platform-specific design best practices and industry standards.
A track record of successfully analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts, technologies, and business models.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand, develop, and present solution architecture documentation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% for internal meetings, training sessions, or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
Expertise in secure data integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience enabling API-driven interoperability between Salesforce and platforms like ServiceNow.
A background in application design and development, with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
