Job Description
- This organization is starting a project to implement a Hospital at Home program. They will be implementing it at 3 hospitals and will be starting with a small patient population and a limited scope for their first go live.
- Looking for a Sr Epic Applications Analyst with ClinDoc certification and build experience on a Hospital at Home project.
Requirements:
- Epic Analyst build experience
- Experience doing build for a Hospital At Home program
- Several workflows / integration points could be a ClinDoc Analyst
- Experience leading / advising a Hospital at Home program a plus, not required.
