Job Details

Join our dynamic IT team as a Senior UX/UI Designer/Developer, where you'll create innovative solutions to enhance customer and agent experiences in call center operations using AWS Connect.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing tools, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Collaborate with product and customer service teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Design and develop AWS Connect contact flows and integrations to enhance customer service tools.
  • Utilize AWS services to implement automation and AI-powered self-service options.
  • Mentor junior designers and developers, promoting best practices in design and development processes.
  • Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and gather insights for improvement.
  • Monitor performance analytics to optimize AWS Connect features and integrations.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS Connect and related integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to leverage data and customer feedback for informed design decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-driven customer service tools like chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
  • Possession of AWS Certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
  • Understanding of customer behavior analytics and service optimization.
