RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking an Intermediate UX Designer - Onsite.
Summary:
Are you passionate about designing user-centered experiences that make a real difference? We're looking for an Intermediate UX Designer to join a dynamic, high-performing team that's reimagining how members interact with digital products. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love solving complex problems through design, read on! As part of a cross-functional team, you'll be the driving force behind shaping intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging digital experiences. From early discovery to final delivery, you'll use your UX toolkit to guide the design process and bring clarity to complexity.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with product managers, developers, and researchers to define design problems and user needs
* Facilitating design workshops and working sessions to build consensus and drive alignment
* Creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
* Navigating large-scale programs and contributing to multiple product areas in different stages of the delivery cycle
* Leveraging a mature Design System to create consistent, scalable design solutions
* Participating in user research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
* Managing tasks and workflow in Jira to support agile delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4+ years of experience in Product or UX Design
* A strong understanding of human-centered design principles and the ability to apply them across web and mobile interfaces (iOS, Android)
* Familiarity with best practices in responsive design, mobile UI patterns, navigation, and information architecture
* A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills-you're just as comfortable leading a design session as you are presenting your work to stakeholders
* Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout, and experience working with a Design System
* A sharp eye for detail and a compelling portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX work
