SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) Consultant
- SAP PP Knowledge: Extensive experience with SAP PP modules, including Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Production Orders.
- Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
- Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions
- Experience with full cycle implementations of SAP PP
- SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing historical data, market trends, and seasonal variations to forecast future demand
- Material Requirements Planning
- Monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages or excesses, and ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Ensuring sufficient capacity to meet production demands and managing potential bottlenecks
- Monitoring and controlling production execution, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities in the SAP Manufacturing area and possess strong business acumen
