Solutions Architect - GitHub

1. Collaborate with Business Architects, Chief Product Owner, Product Owner, Agile Coach to ensure Solution and Technical Architecture creation for a given requirement/feature/initiative

2. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Risk & Security groups to ensure new and existing solutions are aligned with enterprise standards

3. Partner with business and IT customers to drive product research, RFP/vendor interview from technical perspective and POCs activities for COTS solution in a buy decision and is responsible for communicating business cases for TAWG/ARB approvals

4. Work with development leads on design brainstorming and design review to ensure alignment with architecture, patterns and standards

5. Work with ART members to resolve implementation issues from business or technical requirements, design, code, testing, to technology/platform

1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred

2. 15+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development

3. Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.

4. Prior Software development background

5. 10+ years of relevant task management experience

6. Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations

7. 5+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred

8. Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable

9. Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred

1. Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with proven organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast paced changing environment

2. Superb communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key team members in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization

3. Technical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systems

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present sophisticated subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business team members
