We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), specifically Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading functional design, implementation, and support activities for Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management implementations, upgrades, and support engagements

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design documents

Configure and customize Order Management modules including:

Order orchestration
-
Pricing
-
Shipping and fulfillment
-
Returns and cancellations
-

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with:
-
Inventory Management
-
Procurement
-
Manufacturing
-
Financials (AR, GL)
-
-
Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and support end-to-end testing
-
Provide functional guidance during integrations, conversions, and reports
-
Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
-
Support production issues and drive root-cause analysis
-
Prepare user training materials and conduct training sessions

Act as a functional SME and mentor junior consultants

13+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience
-
8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM
-
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management
-
Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
-
Experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, and related SCM modules
-
Knowledge of integrations using OTBI, BIP, REST/SOAP APIs (functional perspective)

Experience in implementation and support projects

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
