Job Title: D365 F&O Financial Functional Consultant
Job Overview: The D365 F&O Financial Functional Consultant is responsible for providing expert financial consulting services in the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial processes, recommending best practices, and configuring the system to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and accounting processes.
- Configure and implement D365 Finance and Operations to support financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
- Provide guidance on finance-related best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct system testing and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the system.
- Develop functional specifications for system modifications and customizations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Document processes, configurations, and end-user guides.
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to address system enhancements and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest D365 F&O features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) are a plus.
