Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves providing essential technical assistance to end-users within our organization and troubleshooting basic IT issues. This is an onsite role and will involve direct interaction with various hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic user account management, including password resets and access requests for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues with Windows operating systems.
Assist in the setup and configuration of desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and address basic printer issues, both hardware and software.
Install and configure printers on end-user workstations.
Provide support for basic hardware components such as desktops and peripherals.
Assist with the installation and configuration of standard software applications.
Utilize ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.
Work with Active Directory for user account management.
Address printer-related issues and perform printer setups and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar
Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft products
Strong understanding and experience working with Active Directory
Demonstrated experience with computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair
Experience in deskside support, including handling user queries and issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
Relevant IT certifications would be advantageous.
