Pay Range:$39.02-$55.75/Hrs
Description:
* Work independently and drive production triages and resolution of complex issues.
* Utilize strong technical and analytical skills to determine root cause of technical issues.
* Think broadly about technical issues, correlating current conditions with historical trends and issues.
* Write queries to analyze data.
* Run and execute utility scripts written in various scripting languages.
* Analyze code and services for performance issues.
* Participate in production support services with emphasis on incident triage techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive production triages and resolve complex technical issues independently.
* Determine root cause of technical issues using analytical skills.
* Correlate technical issues with historical trends and incidents.
* Write and execute queries for data analysis.
* Execute utility scripts using various scripting languages.
* Analyze code and services for performance optimization.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of IT experience in Production Support Services, with 2-4 years in development.
* 3 or more years in Production Support, Production Monitoring, or related technical environment.
* 2 or more years working in a Linux environment.
* 2 or more years analyzing log data using a monitoring tool.
* 3 or more years performing root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
* 2 or more years of application development experience using a programming language and services.
