Job Details
Sr. Lab Automation Engineer will be working with Empower, Chromeleon, and Chemstation. There's also Shimadzu HPLC in Lexington, so there will be 4 total brands. They are not sure if they will lean software or hardware, so having both is key.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of experience with automation engineering within an early R&D lab setting
- Expertise in process optimization, system integration, and modular automation strategies.
- Experience with Mass Spectrometry is a must
- Chromeleon, Empower, Chemstation and Shimadzu HPLC - Thermo Waters Agilent and Shimadzu - LCs and MSs
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving automation system issues.
- Ability to train and transition automation responsibilities to internal teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
