8	Required	Leading project teams/operational and strategic efforts, managing changes/stakeholder relationships, tracking/communicating performance, ensuring resource availability/allocation, coordinating third parties/vendors, delegating tasks
8	Required	Data management, data quality, data warehousing, data modeling, data migration
8	Required	Integration
8	Required	Secure file transfers
8	Required	Enterprise system analysis
8	Required	Enterprise architecture
8	Required	Information security principles
8	Required	Scrum master role / Agile scrum environment
5	Required	Documenting and implementing procedures and PeopleSoft applications
4	Required	Functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules
4	Required	Supporting public sector organizations at the federal, state, or local level
