Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant/Tax Specialist to provide temporary staffing support. This role is crucial in managing payroll accounting and tax-related tasks, focusing on reconciliation, tax compliance, and system cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM and ADP SmartCompliance.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $47 - $57 / hr. w2

- Set up tax registrations and manage tax filings and amendments.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and handle tax reconciliations.
- Action and track tax notices.
- Conduct GL research and support payroll account reconciliation projects.
- Assist in quarterly tax report preparation and reconciliation.
Experience Requirements:
- Oracle HCM
- ADP SmartCompliance
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations is crucial.
- General Ledger (GL) research
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and consultants.
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required.
