Product Support Analyst TSDS

Note: Must have experience with Texas Student Data System
Key Responsibilities
✔ Research, troubleshoot, and resolve TSDS-related support tickets
✔ Prioritize and escalate complex issues to development teams
✔ Act as a business point of contact for support discussions
✔ Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
✔ Track defects and collaborate with Product Owners & PMs
✔ Create and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation
✔ Support customer outreach during peak TSDS data submissions
✔ Engage with ESCs and LEAs to document issues and feedback
Required Experience
8+ years of TSDS experience (LEA or vendor level – mandatory)
Strong customer support & stakeholder communication skills
Cross-functional collaboration experience
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Skills
Software documentation & release notes
Technical writing and training experience
