RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Stamford, CT (Onsite - 5 days).
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join a fast-moving, collaborative team. This individual will manage communication between business and development teams, track progress across SDLC initiatives, and ensure high-priority projects are executed with urgency and clarity. The ideal candidate brings precision, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to fast-evolving workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary liaison between business PMO leadership and development teams
* Ensure consistent, clear communication and alignment across all phases of project execution
* Respond to channel-related queries (including IVR and IVA), manage escalations, and track deliverables
* Support both structured and informal project intake-from planned roadmaps to hallway-driven initiatives
* Maintain visibility into project phases, and answer stakeholder questions with confidence and clarity
* Participate in team forums and working sessions (minimal formal presentations)
* Manage small, fast-paced projects with input from senior leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
Tools & Methodologies:
* Jira (preferred), Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets - flexible as long as project plans are clear and trackable
* Familiarity with SDLC processes, data-oriented conversations, and APIs (transferable skills welcome)
Preferred Skills & Traits:
* Strong written and verbal communication-able to convey complex topics succinctly
* High level of accountability, urgency, and adaptability
* Proven ability to handle executive-facing communication with professionalism
* Team player comfortable with rapid shifts and cross-functional coordination
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
