About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our growing team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in NetSuite development, customization, integrations, and supporting business-critical ERP functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to build scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0/2.1) customizations, workflows, scripts, and automation.
  • Manage NetSuite configuration, custom fields, records, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and workflows.
  • Develop and support integrations with external systems using RESTlet, SOAP, and integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft preferred).
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
  • Optimize NetSuite performance and ensure best practices in development and deployment.
  • Participate in NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and module implementations.
  • Create technical documentation including solution design, integration flows, and deployment procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
  • Strong command of SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, CRM, and OneWorld.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and web technologies.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Integrator.io.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
