Job Details

Baer is looking for SAP S4HANA Quality Management Consultant for a 12+ month remote project.
Title: SAP S4HANA Quality Management Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2
Description:

  • Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA QM solutions to align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze business processes and provide strategic SAP QM solutions and improvements.
  • Ensure effective integration of QM with other process areas, particularly EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and OTC (Order to Cash).
  • Manage integrations between S/4HANA QM and LIMS systems such as Lab Advantage.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, customizations, and process flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM applications and system interfaces.
  • Support end-to-end project execution including design, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
  • Operate independently while managing client expectations and deliverables.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA QM, specifically within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • In-depth understanding of QM business processes in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA QM and its integration with EWM and OTC modules.
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and Lab Advantage (LIMS) integration.
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex SAP QM projects in the pharma sector.
  • Ability to work independently and manage clients with minimal supervision.
