Join a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer as a Senior Engineer Vehicle Dynamics Simulation and play a key role in shaping how world-class electric vehicles drive, handle, and perform. This role combines technical depth, creative problem-solving, and simulation-based vehicle development in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

About the Role

You ll guide the development of ride, handling, steering, and braking attributes from concept through production, using advanced simulation tools to deliver exceptional driving dynamics. You ll collaborate with development engineers, software teams, and system owners to refine and validate vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and utilize vehicle and system-level simulation models for design and development

  • Analyze and correlate simulation outputs with real-world test data

  • Evaluate vehicle dynamics performance using driver-in-the-loop (DIL) simulation tools

  • Provide objective insights on ride, handling, steering, and braking performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, software, and hardware teams throughout the vehicle lifecycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of automotive engineering experience with a deep understanding of vehicle dynamics principles

  • Proven expertise with ADAMS, CarMaker, CarSim, or similar vehicle dynamics tools

  • Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink fundamentals

  • Familiarity with Python or C++ for analysis and automation

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree (BS/BEng or MS/MEng) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive or relevant simulation engineering

  • Experience with simulation and analysis tools (ADAMS, Dymola, MATLAB, Python, etc.)

  • Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and suspension/steering systems

  • Creative, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

  • Experience with Driver-in-the-Loop (DIL) simulation or motorsport background is a plus
