Job Details

Job Duties:
Provide shop floor Level 1 LAN and WLAN network support, machine control support and digital display support
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
Perform data backups, Windows patching and disaster recovery operations
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service technicians
Meet with users to understand and resolve recurring issues

Required:
3-5 yrs of network experience required (demonstrated experience of basic network skills, ping machines, checking network cables)
Display ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
Strong ability to troubleshoot and make system changes as needed to resolve issues
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Software Developer or Application Developer is overqualified
Master's Degree is overqualified

Work Schedule:
M-F First Shift
East Peoria, IL (Prefers Local, but open to relocating candidates)
