Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Service Portal & Scripting Focus)-

We seek an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong focus on enhancing the Service Portal user experience and implementing complex logic using core ServiceNow scripting tools. This role requires a developer who can translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Service Portal Development: Design, develop, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow Service Portal, ensuring a modern, user-friendly interface and optimal performance across all devices.

Advanced Scripting: Implement and maintain server-side and client-side logic using various scripting methods, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.

Technical Implementation: Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, lists, and security policies.

Integration: Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with external systems using various integration technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).

Documentation and Testing: Create and maintain technical documentation, and conduct thorough unit and integration testing for all developed solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting:
- Business Rules (synchronous and asynchronous).
- Script Includes (defining reusable server-side functions).
- Client Scripts and UI Policies (managing client-side behavior).
- Scheduled Jobs (automating routine tasks).
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Experience working with ITIL processes within the platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM).

Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
