Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure, DotNet Developer with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our production support team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and supporting restaurant and digital commerce applications to ensure efficient maintenance and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain Restaurant and Digital Commerce applications for online food delivery. Develop and maintain both the front end and back end applications.
• Production Support: Provide support for production environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of the applications.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize processes to enhance performance and reduce processing time. Write clean, maintainable and efficient code, participating in code reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to processes, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business users, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor using the existing monitoring tools and generate regular reports on the status and performance of processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 4 years of hands on experience in Azure, DotNet development and production support.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge in writing clean, maintainable and efficient code, participating in code reviews.
• Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing processes.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain Experience: Consumer, Retail or Restaurant domain knowledge is an added advantage
