Job Title: Manager Datacenter and Endpoint Support

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 annual (depending on experience), Bonus eligible.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Datacenter and Endpoint Support to lead a team responsible for the stability, security, and performance of our datacenter infrastructure and end-user computing environment. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on technical leadership to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus while maintaining data security.

Key Responsibilities:

Datacenter Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of Hybrid on-premises and cloud-based datacenter environments.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data backup strategies are in place and tested.
  • Manage server virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix), operating systems, and storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity team to enforce security best practices and compliance.

Endpoint Support

  • Lead the desktop support team in delivering high-quality technical support to end users.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, patching, and retirement.
  • Maintain inventory including par stock, storage, and disposal of equipment.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk, Intune).
  • Supervise Mobile Device Management processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for approved desktop applications (M365, Adobe, etc)
  • Develop and enforce IT support policies, SLAs, and documentation standards.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
  • Participate in IT strategic planning and contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports on system performance and support metrics.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of datacenter technologies, networking, and desktop support.
  • Experience with virtualization, cloud platforms (Azure, Nutanix), and enterprise IT tools.

Preferred:

  • ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of IT Security Compliance (ISO/IEC 27001, PCI, SOX).
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time in our Denver Headquarters office with on-call responsibilities.
