Immediate need for a talented UX Designer. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $55 - $63/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Prototyping: Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications by collaborating with business and IT partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other designers and developers to execute designs and ensure consistency across products.
- User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Workshops and Sessions: Participate in and lead design sessions and workshops with business partners to gather requirements and feedback.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior designers within the team.
- Innovation: Provide forward-thinking solutions to design challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Minimum of 4 years of related experience in product design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or 5 years experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience in product design.
- Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with content management/publishing/engagement tools such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, Sprinklr.
- Experience with analytics programs and reporting.
- Excellent ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with influence in large cross-functional project teams and across the enterprise.
- Experience establishing design, style, content, or other governance guides and playbooks.
- Industry recognition with demonstrated speaking engagements or awards.
- Advanced degree.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
