Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated communication strategies that support executive visibility, thought leadership, and business priorities.
Serve as a strategic partner to experienced leaders, crafting messaging that reflects their voice and aligns with the client's mission and values.
Lead communication efforts during crisis situations, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders.
Create compelling content including speeches, employee messages, media statements, and leadership communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across channels and audiences.
Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
Stay attuned to industry trends, emerging risks, and opportunities to enhance executive engagement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in strategic communications, with a strong focus on executive communications and organizational storytelling.
Proven success in crisis communication leadership, including rapid response and stakeholder alignment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience supporting a Chief Information Officer or working within highly technical business areas is strongly preferred.
Ability to influence and collaborate with experienced leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
