Position Overview
 The  SharePoint Administrator/Developer is responsible for managing all  aspects of the current  SharePoint  2013, 2016 and  SharePoint  Online, including design, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security. The Administrator/Developer will provide  technical support for including  assessment and implementation of new capabilities in support of the Authority's business  needs.
 Duties, & Responsibilities
 -  Support Intranet sites built on SharePoint 2010, 2013, plan and support migration to SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online where applicable
 -  Create and maintain sites and site collections, as well as all associated databases and services
 -  Manage system security including end user access policy and permissions, system patching and upgrades
 -  Deploy custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
 -  Configure SharePoint services and settings
 -  Document SharePoint configuration and architecture
 -  Manage site quotas and file size limits
 -  Review and monitor usage reports
 -  Manage content databases and create new ones as required
 -  Administer and maintain sites and sub-sites
 -  Manage security for sites and sub-sites
 -  Manage the site layout structure and content
 -  Create workflow processes and site customization
 -  Gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications.
 -  Design SharePoint applications to functional and technical programming standards
 -  Provide SharePoint support to end users
 
Qualifications:
 -  At least six (6) years in SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016 administration, design/development and SharePoint database/SQL databases utilized by SharePoint
 -  At least two (2) years of experience in SharePoint Online administration and design
 -  At least six (6) years of experience in documenting designs, processes, and training materials
 -  Extensive experience in SharePoint back-ups, indexing, updates, and logging functionality
 -  Extensive experience troubleshooting SharePoint and SharePoint environment related issues
 -  SQL 2008 R2/2012 and IIS 6.0 and later experience
 -  Working knowledge and experience in migration from one version of SharePoint to a later version
 -  Strong Knowledge of SharePoint Framework Development Skills.
 -  Knowledge of SharePoint Online Service Offerings, APPS and integrated tools.
 -  Skillful in Open Source JavaScript Framework such as Angular, React etc.
 -  Strong HTML, CSS and Java scripting skills
 -  Experience using SharePoint API and Object Model; ability to develop using managed code and PowerShell scripting
 -  Strong content migration experience
 -  Microsoft Office 365 experience
 -  Experience with third-party tools typically utilized in a SharePoint environment
 -  Good written and oral communication skills

 -  Everything related to SharePoint as this is the area of primary support
 -  Must have SharePoint online SPFX development.
 -  Understanding of Power BI development reports and dashboards
 -  Must have PowerApps development
 -  Must have experience in Power automate
 -  Good Knowledge on MS 365 services and apps (Teams, MS Forms, Outlook, etc..)
