Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Process Control Engineer (R1-R4) to improve processes by which products are manufactured. Monitor and assess manufacturing processes including capacity and performance. Analyze issues, improve processes and control systems, renovate existing equipment and specify new equipment. Coordinate with operations personnel, technical service representatives, quality control representatives, plant engineers, and other plant personnel. Contribute to safety, quality and environmental initiatives to achieve high standards of compliance and ethics. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering or a related engineering field and 2 years of experience working within process control engineering, manufacturing engineering, or petrochemical manufacturing. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience troubleshooting, modeling and simulation, and equipment inspection; 2 years of experience working in a regulated environment; 2 years of experience developing drawings and end-to-end control logic for integration; and experience with S88 and control theory. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$105,449

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
