Job Details

We are seeking a Network Engineer (AI/ML) to join a cutting-edge project focused on AI-driven network diagnostics. You will work with data scientists and AI researchers to develop, evaluate, and refine expert recommendations and diagnostic steps for complex enterprise network scenarios. Your expertise will directly impact model training and the quality of automated troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

    Collaborate on writing and reviewing diagnostic steps, solutions, and expert recommendations.

    Evaluate problem statements and diagnostic data for accuracy and completeness.

    Validate model-generated recommendations and provide expert feedback.

    Create annotated training examples for enterprise switch/security misconfigurations and remediation.

    Maintain detailed technical documentation, assessment records, and quality control over datasets.

    Ensure quality and consistency of labeled datasets; improve annotation guidelines.

    Work with cross-functional teams to align SME contributions with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    5+ years in enterprise networking: deep expertise in routing, switching, large-scale campenterprise networks.

    Strong troubleshooting (root-cause analysis, multi-vendor environments).

  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0>

    CLI diagnostics expert (“show” commands, etc.).

  • p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0>

    Experience with monitoring/analytics: Meraki, ThousandEyes, Splunk.

    Advanced solution documentation skills.

    Working knowledge of Python, Ansible, Terraform, and API automation.

    Familiarity with software defect analysis, bug impact, and training/evaluation data creation for ML/GenAI.

    Strong communication and documentation skills.
