About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with strong expertise in electronics and contract manufacturing to lead end-to-end quality assurance operations.
The successful candidate will manage QA processes across PCBA, mechanical, and system-level manufacturing, while leading a team to achieve world-class product quality and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee QA operations including inspections, product reliability, supplier quality, and root cause analysis.
Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing quality team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Review yield and failure data, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Develop, implement, and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated training.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
Champion proactive quality initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
Hands-on experience in PCBA / SMT / Electronics Manufacturing.
Proficiency in IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485 standards.
Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
Multilingual ability (Mandarin, Spanish, or Vietnamese) is a plus.
