Job Details

Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Okta platforms.
  • Experience in managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Experience with network drives, Office 365, and VPN access.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding.
  • Submit and track requests for new accounts and equipment provisioning.
  • Coordinate with application teams for required access.
  • Test new accounts for successful login and access to IT resources.
  • Verify accurate provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
  • Communicate status updates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve requests within service level agreements while ensuring compliance.
