About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in New York. You will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring expertise in Java, React, and Spring Boot, with deep involvement across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

  • Build responsive web interfaces using React and other modern frameworks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and DevOps

  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and task estimation

  • Develop and maintain schemas in SQL or NoSQL databases

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with a focus on performance and reliability

  • Ensure coding standards, security practices, and best development methodologies are followed

  • Leverage automation tools to enhance development lifecycle efficiency

  • Promote team culture that values inclusivity, continuous learning, and clear communication

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 12+ years of software development experience

  • Expertise in Java (preferred) or .NET, with strong backend development skills

  • Hands-on experience with React, Spring Boot, and Web Development

  • Experience designing and working with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data sets and systems

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)

  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal tech blog
