Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the Teams management in coordinating and managing the group s event schedule, conference rooms booking, and travel logistics when necessary.
Work on team operations needs such as Purchase orders, budget tracking, Capital/lab/IT purchases
Managing the Team's Confluence page, newsletters, training trackers, etc
Manage executive meetings coordination.
Support team office spending needs, monitor and replenish office supply inventory
Support integration of new hire by coordinating office set-up, asset assignment, and other new hire logistics
Collaborate with IT and Security management to track the status of our group's help desk tickets, and ensure timely resolution, including tracking and ordering of the group s laptop, desktop, and software needs
Communicate key dates and information regarding Site Executive initiatives and activities
Coordinate catering and supplies for internal and customer meetings
Support other activities as necessary
Required Skills
Proactive team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
Experience working effectively across organizations and geographic sites
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build effective working relationships across organizational boundaries
Proven ability to work independently and with limited direction
Ability to create and contribute to a positive work environment and employee morale, following AMD s Cultural Principles
MS Office Skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Prior experience working as a Business operations and administrative assistant in a similar environment
Ability to work independently and seek areas for continuous improvement
