Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst II with at least 1 year of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test strategies, and execution processes.

This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently while collaborating with teams to ensure software quality and reliability. The QA Analyst II will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying and resolving technical issues, and supporting development efforts in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans in alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Implement test strategies and leverage various testing methodologies to improve software quality.
• Conduct manual and automated test execution, analyzing results and generating detailed reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working with developers and stakeholders to drive resolutions.
• Apply coding experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python to assist in automation and testing processes.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize test coverage for new and existing features.
• Maintain a results-driven mindset, ensuring targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Develop and communicate clear and comprehensive documentation for test execution and defect tracking.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Exhibit self-motivation, independence, and a proactive approach in handling tasks and challenges.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in coding with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python for testing and validation.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC, ensuring testing processes align with development standards.
• Experience with test execution and reporting, documenting results with clarity and precision.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues with a detail-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, handling challenges with an analytical mindset.
• Results-driven attitude, capable of working within deadlines and project timelines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work as a self-starter, showing initiative in improving processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related technical field.
