Service Delivery Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in the healthcare or payer/provider domain.
- Strong working knowledge of EDI standards, HIPAA transactions, claims lifecycle, and healthcare data workflows.
- Experience with EDI tools, clearinghouses, integration platforms, and related troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification a plus).
