- Supervising a team in a fast-paced, customer service-focused working environment in which the objective is to be on the front line, servicing customer requests Strong desire to interact with end users or clients on the phone or in person in a courteous, professional manner
- Has a systems mindset with demonstrated process and documentation experience
- Excellent prioritization/time management skills
- Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting hardware, desktops, laptops and mobile devices
