Role Overview:
We are hiring several Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our IT & Engineering staffing services. This is a great opportunity for Entry Level Candidates, especially those on F1-OPT, looking to launch their careers in sales and staffing with a long-term vision in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities in IT & Engineering staffing.
- Reach out to decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Build and nurture client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to meet client hiring needs.
- Track market trends and share insights to enhance service offerings.
- Negotiate terms and close business deals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- Prior internship or exposure to sales/staffing is a plus.
