Senior Alfresco Developer

ASSYST is seeking a highly skilled Senior Alfresco Developer with at least 6 years of experience in architecting, developin, and maintaining Alfresco-based enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies and will be responsible for extending Alfresco capabilities through integrations, customizations, and system administration. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Possess 6 years of experience working with Alfresco, including managing the digital platform, defining architecture, configuring and customizing solutions, integrating with other systems, scoping and sizing work, and assisting with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Design and implement custom solutions using .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and Web API to extend Alfresco functionality.
• Develop and maintain Alfresco extensions utilizing the Alfresco SDK, AMP packaging, and REST APIs.
• Integrate Alfresco with external systems using CMIS, web services, and custom connectors.
• Administer Alfresco environments, including:
• Installation, configuration, and upgrades
• User and permission management
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Backup and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• 6 years of experience in Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging.
• 6 years of experience integrating Alfresco with .NET-based systems via web services.
• 6 years of experience with Alfresco SDK, Alfresco REST APIs, and developing custom content models.
• 5 years of experience with the .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• 5 years of experience in setting up and configuring Alfresco servers.
• 5 years of experience in user and group management within Alfresco.
• 5 years of experience in configuring permissions and roles.
• 3 years of experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, or Azure DevOps.
• 3 years of experience with TEA (Technical Evaluation and Assessment). (Preferred)
• 3 years of experience participating in Agile/Scrum methodologies. (Preferred)
