Role Overview:
Msquare seeks a driven Business Development Executive to fuel growth in our Digital Transformation, Salesforce, Databricks, AI, SAP and specialized Staffing services. This key role involves identifying and closing new business by understanding client needs and effectively positioning our expert capabilities in these cutting-edge fields. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, a solid grasp of these technologies, and a history of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify and qualify opportunities for Digital Transformation, Salesforce, Databricks, SAP, AI services, and related staffing solutions across target markets.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve/exceed revenue goals and expand our client base. Conduct market analysis for trends and opportunities.
- Solution Selling & Engagement: Understand our service/staffing value in Digital Transformation, Salesforce, Databricks, and AI. Engage clients to understand needs and collaborate on tailored solutions, presentations, and proposals, clearly articulating ROI.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, build strong client relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Networking & Partnerships: Cultivate client relationships, actively network at industry events, and explore strategic partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Work with sales, marketing, delivery, and recruitment. Maintain CRM records and provide sales progress reports. Contribute to marketing materials.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends and best practices in Digital Transformation, Salesforce, Databricks, AI, and tech staffing.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of BD/sales experience, tech sector preferred.
- Proven success selling services/staffing in Digital Transformation, Salesforce, Databricks, and/or AI.
- Strong understanding of concepts and trends in these technologies.
- Experience selling technical staffing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build client/partner relationships.
- Self-motivated and independent.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
