Crypto Strategy Lead

We are partnere dwith a top cryptocurrency trading firm that is seeking a Crypto Strategy Manager to join their blockchain product development team. In this role, you'll help shape and grow the firm's presence on a world renowned blockchain by combining your knowledge of blockchain and finance to drive strategic initiatives and product innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze data from various sources to make strategic recommendations across business, operations, and technology.
• Support business development and leadership in evaluating and executing growth opportunities, including partnership models.
• Collaborate across teams to assess new business ideas and design scalable processes.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to build impactful technology solutions.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.
• Prioritize new products and initiatives based on business value.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience turning business needs into product requirements.
• Familiarity with data systems and software development practices.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Highly organized with strong presentation skills.
