Workday Learning Technical Lead Migration (Remote)
Job Summary
Lead the technical execution of migrating large-scale learning content and data from a legacy system to Workday Learning. This role requires expertise in Workday integration tools to ensure the successful transformation and transfer of high-volume data and multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities
- Migration Execution: Design and execute the technical strategy for migrating high-volume content, including SCORM, ZIP, video, and audio files, ensuring data integrity and content readiness in Workday.
- Integration Development: Develop complex data transformations and interfaces using Workday Integration Studio to support the data migration processes.
- Data Ingestion (EIB): Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass loading of learning records, completions, and user data, managing mappings and error resolution.
- Content Management: Configure and manage necessary connectors within Workday Learning to handle and deliver large learning media files effectively.
- Technical Validation: Perform rigorous testing, validation, and advanced troubleshooting of all migrated data and integration points.
Required Technical Skills
- technical experience with Workday Integrations.
- Expertise in Workday Integration Studio (XSLT, Web Services) and EIB specifically for Learning objects.
- Strong understanding of SCORM and content package handling.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale migration of multimedia files (video, audio, ZIP).
