Job Details

Role: Project Manager (Audio/Visual)

Location: San Jose, CA

 

Description: Project is the upgrade of Audio/Visual (A/V) hardware across approximately 30 conference rooms in the library system. These rooms range in size and complexity some are employee-only spaces, while others are public-facing and more sophisticated. The project is expected to last 2 3 months, with the potential to extend.

Looking for a Project Manager with enterprise-level A/V implementation experience someone familiar with the major A/V vendors and capable of managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including scoping, vendor evaluation and selection, planning, execution, and oversight.

  • Self-motivated and able to drive tasks to completion
  • Able to effectively manage and hold vendors accountable
