Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

<>Overview</>

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Westminster, CO. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support across the organization, ensuring employees have reliable access to the tools and systems they need to perform effectively. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage system installations and upgrades, and deliver user training to keep our workforce informed and productive.


<>Key Responsibilities</>

  • Provide technical support for business applications, hardware, and software.

  • Manage incoming IT service requests via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, monitors, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Maintain and update hardware inventory to support asset management standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, operating systems, and office equipment.

  • Support and maintain multifunction devices (printers, copiers, fax machines).

  • Train and orient employees on the proper use of hardware, software, and security best practices.

  • Assist with company phone system and mobile device management.

  • Travel occasionally as required for support or training purposes.


<>Qualifications</>

  • 3+ years of experience in a network and/or PC support environment.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred.

  • Experience with Vista by Viewpoint preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android systems.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working with a diverse team and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


<>Work Environment</>

  • Onsite in a dynamic office setting.

  • Requires frequent computer use and occasional lifting of supplies or equipment.

  • May experience interruptions and periods of high activity.


<>Schedule</>

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Some overtime or after-hours work may be required, including travel.
