Job Details

Title: Manager, Master Data Lead

Location: Northeastern Region (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* This position serves as the lead for Master Data Management (MDM), guiding the development and implementation of data governance policies that ensure the integrity and accuracy of information across enterprise platforms.
* The Manager will oversee the standards and procedures that support data flows within a cloud-based ERP system and its peripheral applications.
* This role collaborates with key stakeholders to align data governance practices with enterprise design principles and drive process continuity.

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Information Systems
* At least 5 years of experience in a related data management or ERP leadership role
* Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong project and time management experience, with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
* Proficiency with cloud-based ERP systems
* Experience leading stakeholder discussions on master data governance
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on aligning business needs with data solutions
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools and dashboards
* Ongoing commitment to staying informed on ERP developments via training or conferences

Desired Skills:
* Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as financial reporting systems, dashboard interfaces, and ad-hoc query tools
* Understanding of compliance requirements such as SOX and ability to manage related controls
* Comfort leading change and advocating for best practices
* Demonstrated ability to coach and supervise teams managing master data

Compensation:
Pay Range: $77000K-$110000K
