About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Complex Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale program that drive commercial business growth while ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This role will oversee both strategic initiatives and managed services delivery -- balancing new program execution with KTLO (Keep the Lights On) support and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), proven success in managing offshore delivery teams, and the ability to co-create, optimize demand, intake processes,capacity management to align with business needs and manage various IT and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead complex, multi-workstream programs across commercial business units, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable ROI.

* Oversee managed services operations, balancing KTLO support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery alongside any strategic initiatives identified.

* Partner with stakeholders to co-create demand and intake processes, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and alignment with execution capacity.

* Provide leadership and governance for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) programs, ensuring adoption and optimization across digital platforms.

* Build, mentor, and manage onshore and offshore teams, fostering collaboration, quality, and efficiency.

* Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, and executive communication strategies.

* Manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.

* Drive risk management, change management, and adoption planning to ensure business outcomes are realized.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

* 8-12+ years of progressive program management experience, with proven success managing complex, global programs and managed services.

* Strong understanding of KTLO support models, enhancements delivery, and service-level management.

* Experience overseeing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise content/digital platforms.

* Demonstrated expertise in commercial business transformation and customer experience programs.

* Proven success in leading offshore and distributed teams within a global delivery model.

* Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and PMI frameworks; certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, MSP) are a plus.

* Strong vendor and partner management experience.

* Ability to balance operational excellence (run the business) with strategic innovation (grow the business).

* Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
