Description

Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid (2/3) position in Metro West (Greater Boston). Must be skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Must have digital marketing experience within a highly regulated industry and have a strong understanding of paid search/display, email, social media, web, and emerging channels. Salary is 100-120K depending on experience and qualifications.

Seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This key role oversees Digital Marketing Associates and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive online engagement, support new product launches, and optimize conversion and retention.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies to grow digital audiences and online customer retention.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring alignment across digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign planning, asset creation, and media buying.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with digital advertising regulations, coordinating with legal/risk teams.
  • Lead vendor selection, budget management, and digital media buys.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively resolve digital challenges.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of paid search/display, email, social media, web, and emerging channels.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Proven program/project management and vendor management skills.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS, email platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and common marketing tools.
