Job Title: Oracle EBS Service Delivery Lead

Location: Onsite Hybrid Muscatine, Iowa

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Service Delivery Lead for an onsite hybrid role in Muscatine, Iowa. This is a role focused on managing support, enhancements, and governance for Oracle EBS platforms across a global delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance activities (SLAs, KPIs, compliance, risk) and manage service delivery frameworks.
  • Drive performance of a global cross-functional team (functional, technical, DBA, and integration).
  • Oversee Oracle EBS operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, O2C, P2P, and Planning & Scheduling.
  • Manage escalations, incident/problem/change management, and root cause analysis for critical issues.
  • Ensure platform stability, improve SLA adherence, and lead automation/standardization initiatives.
  • Present metrics, improvement initiatives, and value-add ideas to executive stakeholders.
  • Track budgets, cost-efficiencies, and deliver year-over-year savings via service improvements.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and IT stakeholders, understanding business needs and priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT service delivery experience, with 8+ years in Oracle EBS (preferably in manufacturing).
  • Strong domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
  • Experience with RICEFW lifecycle and coordination of Oracle DB administration.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
