RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Senior Product Manager to join their team.

Summary:
For both IOS and Android, the apps are 50% legacy and 50% new code (objective C/swift And Java/Kotlin) and they are looking to move completely to new UI and backends. They plan to have the app running on Kotlin and Jetpack compose, and Swift and SwiftUI for IOS. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is well-versed within product and experience with mobile apps at scale. They need to be adept in product fundamentals, storytelling, Jira, and have a strong understanding of building customer facing apps.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in Product Management, demonstrating ownership, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional collaboration
* Experience working within a modern software development lifecycle (Agile methodologies over waterfall), with comfort operating in iterative, rapid-delivery environments
* Experience doing product management within a large company environment, effectively managing complex stakeholder relationships and organizational processes
* Expertise with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric) to drive data-informed decisions and measure customer engagement
* Experience delivering measurable business outcomes based on a thorough understanding of customer impact and insights
* Experience with eCommerce products
* Experience managing mobile app products
* Working with platform-based product teams
* Managing mobile apps that leverage webviews
* Leading multi-platform projects or SDK integrations
* Guiding teams through major refactors or technical renovations, balancing strategic technical investments with minimal disruption to the customer experience
* A strong customer-service mindset, embodying a collaborative, approachable attitude-someone who proactively partners across teams
* Strong communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
