Title: Offshore India – Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Employment Type: W2 (Salary paid in INR)
Location: India (Remote)
Shift: Must support US business hours as needed
Start: ASAP
We are hiring an Offshore SDR to help drive outbound prospecting, generate leads, and book qualified meetings for our US leadership team. This is a pure outbound, non-closing role focused on high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Send 50–100 targeted outbound emails daily
Send 50+ LinkedIn messages/connection requests daily
Engage prospects in IT hiring leadership roles
Lead Generation
Build and maintain a list of target accounts in healthcare, finance, utilities, manufacturing, government, etc.
Identify decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT Director, HR Director)
Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (if available), Google Search
Meeting Scheduling
Book 10–15 qualified meetings per month
Coordinate calendars and confirm decision-maker attendance
Ensure meetings are set with high-quality leads, not junior recruiters
Follow-Up Execution
Run multi-step outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn + follow-ups)
Maintain consistent contact until meeting is booked or prospect is disqualified
CRM & Reporting
Log all outreach in Pipedrive
Maintain clean and accurate lead records
Submit daily activity reports + weekly performance summaries
Sales Support
Send sample candidate profiles to prospects when needed
Prepare pre-call briefs
Flag high-potential opportunities immediately
✔ Must-Have Skills
Excellent written English (mandatory)
Experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR roles
Strong understanding of prospecting, targeting, and cold outreach
High persistence (7–10 follow-up attempts per lead)
Strong LinkedIn communication capability
Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume tasks
➕ Nice-to-Have
Experience with IT staffing, recruitment, or US staffing
Knowledge of AI, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, or cybersecurity roles
Experience with Apollo or Sales Navigator
Ability to work fully during US time zone when required
