Position: VP / Director - Technology & Product Coach
Location: 100% Remote
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced technology leader with a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills. This individual will help reduce operational backlogs, mentor and train teams, and act as a product coach across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will have the credibility and experience of a strategist who can bridge execution with coaching, and drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product and technology coach, mentoring teams and elevating their technical and delivery capabilities
- Lead and execute on complex technology initiatives across multiple domains (e.g., cloud, data, DevOps, enterprise applications)
- Partner with senior leadership to identify backlog items and create actionable plans to accelerate delivery
- Influence strategy and operational improvements across product delivery cycles
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for junior and mid-level team members
- Act as a hands-on contributor where necessary, while also scaling the team s capabilities through coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and cloud transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in technology leadership roles, preferably VP or Director level
- Deep expertise in multiple technologies and domains; ability to connect technical and business strategy
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of product delivery frameworks (Agile, Lean, Waterfall)
- Experience in cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, or large-scale technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of delivering results and improving operational efficiency
