Sr Go Lang Devs with Angular

Story Behind the Need

• This is to supplement the current TruCare Cloud team, this request is specifically for 2 resources who will focus on using Angular to build backend administrative tools for use in the Clinical system.
  
  

  There is a lot of work in this area so we need people who work efficiently and take initiative to ask where they can help or pick up additional work when assigned tasks are completed.

  
  

  This is not part of a larger initiative.

Typical Day in the Role

• This day-to-day role will work in agile environment with firm dates. They will work within the teams on enhancements to our clinical systems around Utilization Management authorizations. They must be accomplishment driven and have a strong emphasis on test cases while working.
• Metrics will be measured based on story points and velocity of accomplishing the given task with quality and maintainable code being the focal point.
• This role is unique as it's focused on the interoperability interfaces for healthcare. This role will support the innovation being driven by CMS and customer experience

Candidate Requirements

• Required: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
• Years of experience required: 4-6 years
• Disqualifiers: I am going to be focusing more on the personality and work ethic of these individuals.
• Additional qualities to look for: They should have a high level of experience with software development in general and the interviews will stress test cases and how they go about solving a problem.
