Compensation
Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00/Hrs
Description:
* Provide comprehensive infrastructure support for client-facing business operations.
* Ensure business continuity through effective service delivery, exceeding SLAs.
* Engage in incident response, problem triage, and service restoration.
* Identify root causes and facilitate permanent solutions following best practices.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Be available for on-call coverage and willing to work off-hours as required.
* Work on-site 3 days a week as per current policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage infrastructure engagements and data management support.
* Engage in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Identity and Access Management technologies.
* Comply with regulatory and compliance policies.
* Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Handle pressure and stress effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
* Over 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
* Expert knowledge of Access Management and Entitlement technologies.
* 5 years of production support experience with expertise in MFA technologies.
* Strong understanding of network technologies and cybersecurity principles.
* Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
* CISSP or equivalent Information Security certification is a plus.
